as Carroll, Henry, Mercer, Rock Island, & Whiteside Counties in Illinois

IBEW is located in the Quad Cities, a metropolitan area with a total population of
approximately 350,000. The four cities - Rock Island and Molinie in Illinois and Davenport
and Bettendorf in Iowa - are divided by the great Mississippi River.
